Our certified team specializes in routine and specialized blood testing, rapid strep tests, private ear wax removal via irrigation, acute ear infection exams, and at home UTI screenings for women. We also provide on site mobile EKGs and Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs), alongside private Pap tests and glucose tolerance screenings. Additionally, our staff Nurse Practitioners offer convenient virtual appointments for medical consultations, weight loss management and prescription renewals, bringing the full capabilities of a modern private clinic straight to your doorstep.

 Whether you need a medical requisition depends entirely on the specific service you are booking. You DO NOT need a requisition for the following services:

• Rapid strep test
• UTI screening
• Ear cleanings
• Ear infection exams

You DO need a requisition for the following services:

• Blood tests
• EKG
• Glucose tolerance tests
• Pulmonary function tests
• Urine and strep cultures

If you require a test that needs a referral but do not currently have one from your doctor, our Nurse Practitioners can conduct a virtual consultation to assess your needs and provide one if clinically appropriate

Yes, a detailed medical receipt is immediately issued after your payment is processed. Because our services are performed by licensed, fully certified professional nurses, these fees and private laboratory tests are generally eligible for full or partial reimbursement under the vast majority of Canadian private health insurance plans. We highly recommend checking with your specific insurance provider (such as Sun Life, Manulife, or Blue Cross) ahead of time to confirm your exact coverage and reimbursement limits.

Our mobile healthcare process is designed to be seamless, efficient, and entirely stress free. First, you request a booking online or via telephone; if you are booking blood work, you simply email a copy of your doctor's requisition to info@genexiahealth.com. Our team will promptly send you a transparent, itemized quote. Once approved, we schedule a certified mobile nurse to visit your location at a time that works for you—including weekends. The nurse safely collects your samples or performs the procedure, handles all laboratory transport, and your results are securely shared with you in your patient portal and with your physician. 

 Our preferred payment method is credit card. Your payment information is securely encrypted during setup and is not charged until after your mobile appointment is fully completed. We also accept cash on site; however, please note that our mobile nurses do not carry change, so you will need to provide the exact cash amount at the time of your home visit.
